Cancellation Policy:

1) Cancellations must be made by call or text to 713-201-4006.

2) Cancellations made by the client prior to 30 days () before the event

- will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3) Cancellations made by the client 30 days () or less before the event

Notes to Client:

I understand that in the event that Black Hand Side Productions is unable to perform duties (i.e. “Acts of God” or unanticipated emergencies), a full refund or new reservation date will be provided.

And I understand that for set up purposes, the client must be able to supply one (1) table six feet in length in a location near an electrical outlet.

The parties acknowledge that they have read this contract, understand it, and agree to be bound byits terms and conditions.
